New York Cheesecake
Ingredients
Ø15cm (6 inch)
- Base
- 80g biscuits
- 40g melted butter
- Cake
- 280g creamcheese (Full fat)
- 80g granulated sugar
- 135g sour cream
- 100ml heavy cream
- 1-2 eggs
- 1.5 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 lemon juice
- Topping
- 100g raspberres or blue berries for decoration
Baking protocol
180 ° C for 30 min, 150 ° C 20 to 25 min, then turning off the oven and wait for 60 min.
