New York Cheesecake

Ingredients

Ø15cm (6 inch)

• Base
  • 80g biscuits
  • 40g melted butter
• Cake
  • 280g creamcheese (Full fat)
  • 80g granulated sugar
  • 135g sour cream
  • 100ml heavy cream
  • 1-2 eggs
  • 1.5 tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 lemon juice
• Topping
  • 100g raspberres or blue berries for decoration

Baking protocol

180 ° C for 30 min, 150 ° C 20 to 25 min, then turning off the oven and wait for 60 min.
